Kyla Taylor, Manager of Government Relations at the Madison Group, is a seasoned professional dedicated to driving impactful change across various domains. Having served as a Critical Infrastructure Associate with Venn Strategies, Kyla delved into the upstream manufacturing of electric vehicles and the design-build for clean energy production, showcasing her commitment to sustainable practices. Her passion for social change took center stage during her tenure as a Policy Analyst at the National Black Workers Center, where Kyla spearheaded innovative projects addressing workers' rights and minority equity. Kyla's multifaceted experiences and diverse interests underscore her unwavering dedication to community engagement and her relentless pursuit of driving impactful change.


Prior to her federal engagement, Kyla contributed significantly to the efficiency of office processes during her four-year stint as a Policy Aide in the Georgia General Assembly, working with former State Representative Bee Nguyen and State Representative Doreen Carter. During Stacey Abrams’ Gubernatorial Campaign, Kyla played a crucial role as an Assistant Latinx Strategies Coordinator, connecting with the Georgia Latinx community and securing valuable endorsements. With a profound understanding of the digital landscape, Kyla's expertise extends to spearheading campaigns that transcend traditional boundaries. Her strategic approach involves leveraging geotargeting to connect with audiences meaningfully, ensuring that every campaign resonates with precision. Kyla's commitment to excellence extends beyond her professional endeavors. As a 2020 New Voices Public Policy Fellow and a licensed mediator in the State of California since 2021, she combines academic prowess with practical skills. Kyla holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Sociology from Clark Atlanta University, marked by prestigious accolades and leadership roles.
