
Kaade Wallace

Kaade Wallace is a first-generation immigrant with 20 years of experience in U.S. policy and politics at various levels. As a registered federal lobbyist, she assists Fortune 100 healthcare companies in shaping public policy to improve access and outcomes for diverse communities, especially underserved ones.
She has led lobbying efforts for Hennepin Health, Minnesota's only Medicaid-only HMO, where she managed a team focused on public health and reducing health disparities, particularly during COVID-19. Her achievements include enhancing telehealth accessibility and increasing cancer screening access for people of color. Kaade also worked on Medicare home healthcare policy for Catholic Charities Twin Cities and served as a consultant for Haya Health during the pandemic.
In addition to her professional work, Kaade has served on several boards, including as Finance Chair for Open Cities Health Center, which supports new Americans in St. Paul, MN. She was also an appointed Commissioner for Brooklyn Park, MN, and currently contributes to the Girl Scouts of River Valleys and the African Development Center.
Kaade holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and an MBA in healthcare from the University of St. Thomas, along with a graduate degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
